How sprouting buckwheat
makes it 20 times more nutritious
Buckwheat will replace any protein with the highest content of easily digestible nutrients found on Earth. Never again ask yourself "where will I get my protein?".
Fagopyrum esculentum ~ (Buckwheat)
Seeds and nuts are stored life energy. When you sprout them, you are activating that life energy and unlocking those nutrients necessary for growth. Stored carbohydrates and fats begin converting into proteins, which are building blocks of growth. Buckwheat is a super food containing all essential amino acids that create a complete protein. Many consider the sprouts to be pre-digested proteins because the sprouts are in simple amino acid forms and don't require a lot of work for the digestive system to assimilate. Sprouts are rich in digestible energy, bioavailable vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, and phytochemicals, as these are necessary for a germinating plant to grow. These nutrients are essential for human health. The desirable nutritional changes that occur during sprouting are mainly due to the breakdown of complex compounds into a more simple form, transformation into essential constituents and breakdown of nutritionally undesirable constituents.
The metabolic activity of resting seeds increases as soon as they are hydrated during soaking. Complex biochemical changes occur during hydration and subsequent sprouting. The reserve chemical constituents, such as protein, starch and lipids, are broken down by enzymes into simple compounds that are used to make new compounds. Sprouting the seeds, or fruits, of the buckwheat plant causes increased activities of hydrolytic enzymes, improvements in the contents of total proteins, fat, certain essential amino acids, total sugars, B-group vitamins, and a decrease in dry matter, starch and anti-nutrients. The increased contents of protein, fat, fiber and total ash are only apparent and attributable to the disappearance of starch. However, improvements in amino acid composition, B-group vitamins, sugars, protein and starch digestibilities, and decrease in phytates and protease inhibitors are the metabolic effects of the sprouting process.
What is buckwheat?
It is not a person. It's not a wheat. It isn't even a grain! Buckwheat is a fruit seed any dieter should become familiar with. It is the super food able to replace protein in your diet. Buckwheat has been linked to lowered risk of developing high blood pressure and it's beneficial effects are due in part to its rich supply of phytochemicals. Phytochemicals protect against disease by acting as antioxidants. Eating foods high in fiber, such as buckwheat, can also fill you up faster and suppress your appetite, a great tool for weight loss!
Buckwheat contains more protein than grains and is not deficient in the amino acid lysine as most grains are, so the protein is more nutritionally complete. That makes it a particularly good choice for vegetarians. It's an excellent source of magnesium, a boon to your blood pressure. A phytochemical in buckwheat has proved beneficial in the management of diabetes; studies show it has the ability to lower blood glucose levels. It's also a good source of fiber. It's an excellent plant source of easily digestive protein containing all 8 essential amino acids making it a complete protein. ~And on top of all that, our buckwheat is always sprouted substantially multiplying the nutritional content.

Beautiful Buckwheat Flowers
Buckwheat is hardy, which makes it resistant to damage and therefore relatively inexpensive and easy to grow. Tom Bilek, a Minnesota buckwheat grower, says "buckwheat will grow on anything." According to the National Buckwheat Institute, Buckwheat is one of the few commercially grown crops that does not use chemicals.
Young Thai Coconuts
Filtered one year through the ripening process, penetrating through the tough outer green pod-like shell & through the wood like white inner shell, the water has traveled some way to arrive at it’s amazing health benefits. This is Mother Nature’s ‘Airborne’. I like to give it to my family at the first sign of a cold or sniffle. It flushes the system and is in fact used in kidney dialysis machines for it’s naturally sterile properties. In addition to the naturally occurring electrolytes & B Vitamins,
Young Thai coconuts are considered highly nutritious. One whole coconut has only 140 calories and provides 17% of the RDA for calcium. The total fat content is 3 grams, all saturated. With a zero content of cholesterol, the young coconut has 50 mg of useful sodium, 28 grams of carbohydrate, 2 grams of fiber, 15 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein. All pre-combined in its perfect combination to compliment the augmentation of health
One favor, please don't buy packaged coco water. It has been cooked and heated similar to the canning process to keep it from spoilage. The vitamins and nutrients are not only cooked and dead, but the molecular structure has been altered to a now toxic acid in your stomach and like all acid in the tummy, our bodies leach calcium from our bones to neutralize that acid much like Tums uses calcium for the same purpose. -And it tastes terrible in comparison to the sweet, fresh, thirst quenching loveliness when fresh cracked, right from the coco.
Another reason to stay away from packaged Coco water is that it has exploited the industry and raised the price of fresh cocos to double what they were prior to their recent popularity. The craze has slowed and prices are starting to come down. Let's keep it that way.

Sesame Seeds & Parsley are incredible sources of calcium our bodies can readily use.
Parsley is a good source of the major minerals in calcium, magnesium and potassium. Magnesium is especially important as many people in the USA are believed to have a magnesium deficiency. Calcium and magnesium metabolism are closely related, so there is little value in having large amounts of calcium in supplements without adequate magnesium as well.
Parsley is especially rich in the mineral iron. It also contains good levels of manganese and copper. These three minerals are necessary for building healthy blood cells and the herb is known as one of the best blood builders and cleansers available.
While not a mineral, the good levels of chlorophyll in parsley is also very valuable for maintaining healthy blood. Phosphorus, sodium, chloride, boron and zinc are also present, making it a good all round mineral source.
Sesame seeds
One of the most important benefits of sesame seeds is their potential in the war against cancer. They are high in antioxidants as well as compounds called lignans, which have been found in lab tests to have anti-cancer properties. These substances may inhibit processes that contribute to cancer cell growth while inducing cancer cell death. Studies have shown eating sesame seeds to have positive effects on breast cancer treatment and one study associated daily sesame seed consumption with reduced risk of stomach cancer.
ENCOURAGES BONE HEALTHA handful of sesame seeds contains more calcium than a glass of milk. The high zinc content of sesame seeds also boost bone mineral density. The impressive levels of essential minerals like zinc, calcium, and phosphorous that are found in sesame seeds can be a major boost for your body’s bone health. These minerals are integral parts in creating new bone matter, and strengthening/repairing bones that may be weakened by injury or the onset of debilitating bone conditions like osteoporosis.
